Mr. Brady’s case and courtroom experience includes: RICO actions, False Claims Act cases, fraud, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, declaratory judgment actions, shareholder disputes, complex contract disputes, insurance defense, insurance coverage, No-Fault litigation, and consumer protection actions. Mr. Brady also advises clients on regulatory matters, corporate strategy, risk management, and the use of data analytics in the business setting.
