Mr. Brady is a senior associate with the firm and oversees a team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of fraud investigations and litigation. His practice focuses on large scale recovery actions all over the country, with a concentration in the area of civil RICO. Mr. Brady has recently concluded or is currently litigating and/or consulting on fraud/racketeering cases in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Washington. Mr. Brady’s state and Federal court room experience includes Federal RICO Actions, fraud, bankruptcy, various insurance defense matters, complex contract disputes and unfair and deceptive business practices.
