Zachary J. Gregoricus
Associate

Mr. Gregoricus is an associate with the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a concentration on developing and litigating healthcare fraud recovery actions under the federal False Claims Act and RICO Act on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Mr. Gregoricus also has experience in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, representing secured and unsecured creditors and trustees in a variety of adversary proceedings and contested matters, including fraudulent transfer, turnover, and discharge and non-dischargeability litigation. Mr. Gregoricus also has experience counseling clients in real estate and landlord-tenant matters, including commercial and residential foreclosures and summary process proceedings.
